  Kindergarten and Elementary lead teacher. The school works following a bilingual (50-50) method. I taught all the subjects through Spanish. It means my duty was not teaching Spanish as a second language but teaching everything else (Spanish language arts, math, science and social studies) by using Spanish full immersion. On the other hand, I had to share my culture and heritage with my students and community. The results were very good and because of that I was awarded as 2018 school teacher of the year.
