  As store manager I am responsible for the daily operations. We have increased our sales since I took over in May,2010 from,$1.1 mil. to $1.8 mil.in May 2014 still maintaining an increase of +8%,with a reduction of payroll from 9.2% down to 7.4%, have hire 5 associates that have been promoted to Assistant Managers, have assisted with the hiring for other store associates and continue to drive down shrink to increase profits. As store manager I am responsible for the daily operations.
