Cintia is a dedicated person, who is a joy to work with. She is really motivated to do what it takes to reach her goals. This makes her a great collaborator. I have experienced Cintia as an open and positive person with a purpose. and I would love to work with her again as well as recommend others to do so. Kind regards Diana

Between 1 Aug. and 31 Oct. 2022, Cintia Bartus worked in the Cyprus Settlement Support unit of the European Commission, Directorate-General Structural Reform Support. She had the difficult task to build up an electronic historical archive by identifying and digitalizing important documents of the past 20 years and creating a logical folder system. This forced her to familiarize herself quickly with all the different aspects of the Cyprus issue and the Commission’s efforts to help bring about the island’s reunification through its aid programme for the Turkish Cypriot community, Green Line trade, and confidence-building measures. Cintia was fast in grasping all the complexities, identifying documents that we needed to keep, and in bringing logic and order into the electronic filing system. She was smart and pro-active, making very good suggestions, and she was a great colleague with whom it was a pleasure to work. She completed her task to our full satisfaction, and I would recommend her for any future employer.
