  Test Manager for the Wireless Plataform Core SW Team - R&D for Device Trace and Debug Tools As Test Manager I was responsible for planning and execute all the test activities for most of the PC SW applications (Windows, .Net med C#) developed in the department, Developing Tracing and Debug Tools to be used by R&D and operators in order to make traces in Nokia’s mobile phones. I became also responsible of Error Management for our department using this input to improve our test process using Root Cause Analysis. The main achievement was the automation of the test for the different PC applications, using Quality Center, QTP, and some other selv developed tools, and the coordination of the outsourced test to the Tieto team in Poland.
