      I am continuing to explore a comprehensive theater arts program to eventually develop into a theatre arts department on campus. After successfully hosting a campus-wide talent show and teaching a class on production in which the students performed a 1 hour play at the end of my three month internship this past spring, it became clear that the student body showed an unequivocal interest in theater and performance. At that point, the school was willing to expand its course offerings to include credited curriculum based theatre classes and sponsor 3-4 productions for the 2015-2016 school year. I am thinking positively about the future and with marketing this program to the entire student body, SAU Theatre Arts will become a popular department with which to become affiliated. Show less

      "Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout that is fun, fast and safe." Leadership is my constant focus, ensuring that my team is aware of any new programs and trends that Curves Int'l proposes. My team is also adept at selling and providing the correct membership to potential clients interested in joining our facility. We coach and motivate members to experience the benefits that the Curves workout provides and are continual cheerleaders in the realm of health and fitness. Consistent communication keeps the team cohesive. Together we determine in-house program strategies and we determine which corporate program will work in our community. Business strategy is decided by me through experience of seasonal membership growth and previous successful promotions.       Moore OnStage was a professional/pre-professional production company that presented a 5 show season incorporating musicals, plays (comedies and dramas), and dance. It was founded on the premise that professional and amateur performers together could raise the level of production.. We had already experienced success in large dance extravaganzas with professional technical effects. Expanding on that into plays and musicals was a logical step. As Executive Producer, it was my responsibility to select viable and diversified seasons, lease the appropriate venues, cast the shows, and hire the technicians. Sponsorships, individual contributions and audience development was an integral part of my job. Community presence was promoted and I was the "face" of Moore OnStage. The greatest achievement was consistency in mission and quality of production. Both of those were accomplished with collaborative teamwork with a common goal. Show less
