I had the pleasure of managing Cindy in the Flagship VANS store in Sydney CBD. In a team that reached over 40 people during busy times of the year, she was always a standout for her work ethic, cheerful personality and interpersonal skills. She has an innate ability to form relationships quickly which was felt not only by our team, but by our customers. She was always professional and regularly came up with innovative ideas that benefited both the customers and store. I would hire her again in a second

Responsible for delivering private events across Golden Age Cinema & Bar and SHADES Bar & Culture Club. Think of Golden Age as the femme fatale, the leading man, and the sassy best friend all in one. Drawing upon its rich history, the former screening room of Paramount Pictures has been carefully renovated by a bewitching collective of architects, interior designers, auteurs and furniture makers. It brings together the past, present and future to create a unique environment for people to watch films, enjoy a drink or host an event. Today, the cinema presents an outstanding independent film program that brings together classics, cults, creepies, and the best new releases of the year. The good old days are now. SHADES is a small bar and cultural space located within EDDY @ Central Station, Haymarket. Conceived by the team behind Golden Age Cinema & Bar, SHADES is an exploration of sight, sound and taste, tucked between the walls of Sydney’s historic Central Station. The front is an intimate standing bar, serving a carefully curated list of Australian-leaning wine, a selection of disco-inspired cocktails and beer essentials. The SHADES backroom gives way to experimental cinema screenings, light and sound exhibitions, and a roster of live performances. SHADES is opening mid-late December!
