      I was chosen as one of 161 delegates from around the world to participate in JDRR’s Children Congress at Washington D.C. to represent the millions suffering from Type 1 diabetes (T1D). I met face-to-face with top decision-makers in the U.S. government including Representatives, Senators, and even Vice President Joe Biden.
