A short but intensive mentoring program that gave insightful information on not only the bank itself but also the financial sector, wrapped up with a group project. We were lucky enough to have both internal and external speakers with expertise in TradFi, CeFi and DeFi,with ESG being a big focus throughout. A highlight of this program were the site visits at Bloomberg and HKEX, and an afternoon of volunteering at Feeding HK.
