Collect all intra-departmental report specifications for editing/creating all SSRS Reports and Views that are required via conversations with CRM Stakeholders, review of critical Saved Searches within NetSuite, and from best practices defined by Microsoft Dynamics industry standards. This position creates and implements the aforementioned new reports and views, performing routine reviews with the requestors to determine accuracy. Manage and update sensitive sales data and provide timely reports, such as A-Plan, Forecasting, Opportunity, Lead Follow-up and Commission Reports for SYS and other reports as requested by the Marketing Vice President. Identify errors and recommend corrections in AX and CRM and inform management.Initiate the paperwork to start the ETD demo process in the old demo data base to track the request. Then proceed to enter the request into Halo. This process begins with researching the customer contact information and acquiring the customer account number. If they are not a customer, enter them as a new prospect. After all the customer data is researched, begin researching the availability of demo equipment. If available, put through the request to do the Demo Transfer Request for components in AX. Put in a request to add a new part in AX. If new parts are required from HPK/domestic vendors, place the purchase requisition for those parts. Back up the camera demo requests.Involved in the planning, scheduling, budget management and execution of company events/seminars/conferences. Report summaries and survey results of seminars, sales meetings, and trade shows.Payroll, manage travel reservations, order supplies, enter purchase orders, scan articles & email to individuals or put on WIKI, ensure updates are made to email lists, photocopy, type, fax.Assist Vice President of Marketing with administrative tasks and try to resolve issues before VP is involved.
