As a Business Analyst for Motorola Solutions, I assist Public Safety Departments around the Country analyze how they currently do business with their RMS (Records Management System) and help train and direct a more affective and perhaps an even more efficient way with our Premier One Records Management System Solution. Prior to the RMS System, I worked as a Business Analyst on the Motorola Solutions Premier One Computer-Aided-Dispatch System. During my employment with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, I was the RMS Crimes System; Motorola's PCAD System; and Cassidian's E9-1-1 System's Administrator for 7 Primary PSAP's and 1 Secondary PSAP. During my tenure at the Sheriff's Office, I helped to implement 1 RMS; 3 CAD Systems and 2 E9-1-1 Systems. I also assisted with Network Administration, including maintaining an AS400; Windows Servers; SQL Servers and DC's at every PSAP. I was also responsible for report writing using Bi-Query/Reports; maintaining the CAD and E9-11- Systems; SQL DB Administration; and helping to maintain over 350 Mobile computers for the Deputies in the field, Greenville county-wide. I served as a Project Leader and Planner for most of my career. Implementing successful projects, meeting and exceeding project deadlines. Show less
