Cindy is very well read and experienced in the adoption of distance education as a teaching strategy. She keeps current on the literature and new products that are constantly available. She developed numerous policies and procedures, as well as faculty development plans and implemented them after going through an extensive faculty senate approval process. I always believed that I could trust Cindy's judgment on how to best move forward, though I didn't always have the budget to support all of the ideas. She is very forward thinking and I enjoyed working with her.
