  Cindy is the Chief Financial Officer, managing the finances of the firm, creating organizational reports and office stats. Having a computer science background she is the internal IT person for the office. She is the Chief Operations Officer, overseeing the daily operation and assists in developing and implementing the firms strategic direction. In managing the back office processes she ensures that everyone in the office follows the company motto "Do what you say you are going to do". As Human Resource Director, Cindy manages employee performance reviews and records. She assists with training of systems and processes that focus on efficiency of time and energy.
