I have known Cindy for nearly 2 decades and have had the privilege and opportunity to be able to utilize her as a speaker on multiple occasions, presenting to a number of groups that I have worked with. Cindy is an excellent presenter/facilitator and I have seen her in action with groups of children, teens, and adults.

Cindy and I began working together in 2012 and she has been a mentor to me since that time. Her mentoring has meant a great deal to me because she has taught me many invaluable lessons about interacting with clients, person-centeredness and employment supports. I have also of being a participant or co-facilitator with her in a number of groups; she truly cares about her participants and goes the extra mile to ensure that they can relate to and understand the content that is being presented.
