  I perform urgent labs for the ER and Acute Care Inpatients on the nursing floor. Chemistry is on a Vitros 250, Hematology, a Horiba Pentra 80 . If required a manual differential is counted by me.   I run medical instruments. We perform our chemistries on a Coulter DxC 600. Cbc diff.'s are run on a Coulter LH500. Urine dip sticks are read on a Clinitek Status ,then if a urine sediment microscopic is required I perform that at a microscope.   I assisted with bone marrow collection, preparing the pushed slides and crush preps of the bone marrow. I also counted the 500 cell differentials of the bone marrow. Also did regular peripheral diffs with their CBC's. I did body fluid counts , diffs, and on synovial fluids , crystal exams. In coagulation lab operated MLA 1000's performing PT's and PTT's.
