  It’s Cindy’s ability to look at all the options available and strategically plan a creative course of action that has helped her meet client’s needs for more than 26 years. Her experience includes the Governor's Water Conservation Team's "Slow The Flow" initiative; work on the proposed Lake Powell Pipeline; the Southwest Jordan Valley Groundwater Project; the Central Utah Water Conservancy District's 2005 tax increase; and helping Central Iron County Water Conservancy District gain community support to increase taxes and be part of the Lake Powell Pipeline project. Cindy also has vast experience with endangered species campaigns, such as the June Sucker Recovery Implementation Program and the Virgin River Program, two programs established to recover endangered fish species and the ecosystems they depend upon. Finally, Cindy lead Utah Governor Olene Walker's flagship initiative entitled Read With A Child; the Utah Department of Workforce Services' Care About Child Care initiative; and the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare's re-branding and communications campaign that included the development of multi-media campaigns around key initiatives such as immunizations, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and mental health. She just recently finished working on the Salt Lake Chamber's Downtown Rising initiative - a business-led effort to create a long-range vision for downtown Salt Lake City - and Awake Utah Lake, a collaboration effort between Utah County officials and governing federal and state agencies to create a long-term vision for Utah Lake. She is currently working with Holly Corporation and Sinclair Oil on a 400-mile petroleum pipeline. She is also working with Holly's Woods Cross Refinery, Silver Eagle Refining, the June Sucker Recovery Implementation Program and Provo River Water Users Association.
