  I work as the Instructional Coach at a K-8 magnet school in Chattanooga, TN. I work with teachers to plan curriculum in Paideia units of study, including Socratic seminars. I plan and facilitate professional learning for my school, as well as work in classrooms, doing side-by-side coaching and model teaching.

  I worked with the Middle Schools for a New Society (MSNS) program during the planning year for a multi-year, multi-million dollar grant. I was the assistant to the program director. I helped with research about what worked in middle schools, helped plan trips for school leadership teams to visit other schools, organized meetings, and helped with correspondence.
