 Assist home buyers in the interior and exterior color selections of their new home  Manage the daily operations of the Design Studio  Instrumental in product selection for display in Design Studio  Assist in training new associates on products and flooring spreadsheets  Involved with the purchasing department to develop attractive, up to date programs to offer home buyers while maintaining cost effectiveness  Provide support in preparing relevant technical information, including drawings, calculations, submissions and other documents for presentation to clients.  Coordinate design information, following set procedures to ensure accurate auditable records are kept and turnaround times are properly managed.  Ensure that quality control procedures are maintained and remain compliant with the authorization and approval processes both internally and externally  Recognized for meeting and exceeding quotas through selling upgrades on a regular basis
