2014年7月,我進入台灣櫻花股份有限公司進口事業處,擔任代理品牌瑞典伊萊克斯的品牌企劃,負責新產品評估規劃、上市與時程控管、各部門溝通協調、產品教育訓練、品牌價值管理及品牌分析暨年度重點策略提案,需將伊萊克斯原廠英文資料中文化,並擔任伊萊克斯歐洲原廠主要聯繫窗口及來訪接待,進行公司介紹、通路參訪等,並與原廠報告年度計畫;大型品牌活動的舉辦,也讓我提升組織、溝通協調與執行力;更透過伊萊克斯國際大廠的參訪、技術學習、行銷資源分享、年報翻譯與研讀等,更加了解伊萊克斯集團的經營、品牌價值與全球發展策略,提升自我對企業經營的策略思考與分析能力。 I've worked as a product manager for Electrolux at Taiwan Sakura for almost 5 years. I was responsible for the evaluation, launch and schedule management of new products, interdepartmental communication, product training, brand value management, and brand analysis to develop strategic proposal for Electrolux. As the key contact person of Electrolux, when Electrolux staff visited Taiwan, I needed to give a brief introduction of Taiwan Sakura, show them around, and present our strategicplan for Electrolux brand management in Taiwan. Moreover, holding Electrolux brand event improved my organizational, communication, and execution capabilities. Furthermore, I enhanced my knowledge of the business model, brand value, and global strategy of Electrolux group by visiting their offices and factories, studying the annual report and marketing materials.
