I had the privilege to observe Cindi's growth throughout her career at Gemline. She grew into the position of Business Integration Trainer by working with many areas of the business to incorporate a new ERP system. Her level of patience to ensure people learn is a wonderful competency she possesses. Cindi never pressured a new learner and associates always felt comfortable asking her questions. As she moved into her role as Employee Engagement Specialist, Cindi facilitated not only our internal Idea Generation System, but cultivated the New England Idea Generation Consortium. She has delivered a module on this subject at AME and continues to encourage organizations to thrive in a culture of idea discovery. Cindi also facilitated our Communication Coordinators as well as our Recognition System. Associates enjoyed Cindi's caring and engaging approach. Cindi would be a wonderful addition to your organization.

I've worked with Cindi Woodbury over the last decade, first as a teacher, and more recently as peer, promoting the concepts and philosopy of Lean/TPS in the New England area. Cindi's infectious enthusiasm and genuine empathy are rare qualities that enabled her to create a continuous improvement culture in her own organization as well in the regional community. She has a deep understanding of both the technical and social sciences of Lean. As a co-founder of New England Idea Generation Consortium, Cindi brings together persons from a diverse cross-section of New England organization including healthcare, services and manufacturing. The goal of the NEIGC is to engage employees across the region to share best practice for idea generation. She is a pleasure to work with and a highly respected colleague.
