Experience

    • Oil and Gas
    • 200 - 300 Employee
    • Inventory Control Specialist
      • May 2019 - Present

When I began at ChampionX, both yards were in complete disarray. I took the time to organize both yards to ensure a better set up for physical inventory. I was able to reduce our inventory variance to below 1%. I work closely with the local salesman to ensure that we have an adequate amount of on-hand inventory to service our customers quickly if needed. I have also taken on most of the billing for our region. I dispatch hot shots to take our trailers to locations for installs or pulls, and also manage our fleet of trailers to ensure they are all in working condition and have regular DOT inspections. In addition to my usual duties, I also assist with spooling cable, splicing cable, and assisting with any other shop duties. Show less

    • Director Of Training
      • Jun 2010 - May 2019

I began working at DWCRC as a correctional officer. I was quickly promoted to a shift captain where I excelled in maintaining safety and security, as well as training new staff on policies, procedures, and best practices. In 2014, I was promoted to Training Director, and created and taught a 120-hour correctional officer basic training course that was approved through the ND POST Board. I completed all new employee onboarding. I also assisted when emergencies arose, booking new inmates, or if the shift was short staffed. Show less
