Machine Learning Predictions: I used historical data along with supporting data and machine learning (Random Forest, XGBoost, MLP, LSTM, CNN) to predict pricing for the following year, optimizing pricing strategies. Categorization: I introduced an automated approach to categorization, achieving 92% accuracy using NLP techniques (Word2Vec, Logistic Regression, Linear SVM, BERT, RoBERTa) for item categorization. Consumption Tracker & Quantity Analysis: I created a comprehensive data set to track inventory consumption and estimate run-out dates. Predictions helped avoid shortages and optimize inventory management. RFP & Jaggaer - Advanced Sourcing Optimizer: I automated data preparation for RFPs, improving efficiency and decision-making.
