Conducting the agency's community education and outreach program by developing and delivering specialized programs to promote healthy relationships, a thorough understanding of domestic and sexual violence, the rights of victims of crime, and information about accessing the services of the Bay Area Women's Center. This position works directly with agency staff, area schools, community groups and businesses to provide educational opportunities in the areas of sexual violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment. Additionally, this position assists with the coordination and management of the agency's signature fundraising events.

Senior Wellness Coordinator

Through research, innovation, and evaluation, the senior wellness coordinator works to empower the college-aged population to lead healthy lifestyles by providing education based programs. This position, a promotion from wellness coordinator granted in November of 2018, works directly with both the Director and Coordinator of Student Wellness Programs. The senior wellness coordinator obtains excellent leadership and managerial skills by overseeing 20(+) volunteers, scheduling programs and meetings, and overseeing daily office operations.

Child Care Staff

Child care staff provides excellent care of children between the ages of 3 months to 12 years. This position promotes the health, safety, and well-being of those who are unable to appropriately care for themselves. The child care staff engages children in exercise, promotes development through specialized sensory-stimulating activities, and provides a safe and inviting atmosphere for children to learn and grow while their caretakers work. Fit at College Intern

Providing mentorship for 11 freshmen participants who were actively trying to lead healthy lifestyles throughout college. By providing presentations on topics such as nutrition, physical activity, financial wellness, mental health, and other health related topics, the fit at college intern served as a positive resource for the participants. Marketing and Administration

Crafting and updating diverse social media platforms to help promote the gym and draw in a new client base. This position is also responsible for uploading client membership information into the gym's specialized computer system, accepting payment from members, and keeping records via Excel regarding client participation in gym activities. Additionally, this position consists of writing professional letters in order to connect with other companies and organizations, like the Silver Sneakers Program.
