I worked with Cicily as her manager for 6+ years. She is a hard working, trustworthy, and reliable person who always displays a positive and professional attitude no matter how stressful or complicated the situation. She is an expert in dealing with toll free number provisioning and has extensive knowledge/training in the SMS 800 national database. Her background in many years of telecom has proven highly valuable in dealing with circuits, numbers (DID/TF, LNP’s), VoIP provisioning, and especially a vast array of telco carriers. I have no doubt Cicily would add value to any company looking for a diligent worker that possesses a high work ethic.
