Her ability to adapt to the required conditions allowed her to work on projects for some of our most complex accounts very quickly. I feel that Miss Gajić has just the right balance of self-initiative, penetrating guile and camaraderie. This makes her a good team player who knows how to take the lead if required, while also listening to others and successfully incorporating their suggestion into finding the best possible solution. I regret the fact that we were unable to offer her challenges in the field she is intent in mastering within our agency itself. I am convinced that by providing her with the right amount of stimulus in a team that is open to ideas and collaboration, she will be able to achieve great things.
