  I was the founding employee and director of Sonoma Lab Works while under CannaCraft ownership. In this position I developed a fully operational cannabis testing and formulation lab with a team of young and dedicated scientists. I was responsible with supervising daily operations and acquiring analytical instruments as capabilities and regulatory requirements developed for the California regulated cannabis industry. Instruments included HPLC, GC-FID, LC-MS/MS, and qPCR. While in this role I was involved with developing regulatory policies for cannabis testing on a state level and local level, along with developing standards for testing uniformity with several other private testing labs to build confidence and consistency of lab testing within the early days of California requirements. I was tasked with formulating most CannaCraft products to ensure consistent dosage and purity of active ingredients, raw material supply chain, and final label requirements for finished products.
