When joining Arlington in October 2018 as an apprentice I assisted in providing general administration support including the production of policy schedules and other associated documentation for clients. I had then developed a greater understanding of claims servicing and ensuring that all claims are handled in a manner that exceeds client expectations and strive to provide great service and care throughout the claim. I dealt with my own book of business involving renewals, mid-term adjustments and claims management. Over the course of 3 years I have worked and studied to obtain the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate and achieved a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Certificate. Show less
