From Jan. 2019 - Oct. 2020 I worked for Brand Collective as the sole brand representative for Hush Puppies, Julius Marlow, and Clarks in Queensland. This position was within the Myer Brisbane CBD menswear department, which allowed me to work in an incredibly fast-paced environment with a large, supportive team by my side. This position also exposed me to a vast array of customers, all with differing demographics (e.g., age, disability, cultural background, income). I found this position to be very fulfilling, as it allowed for 1:1 interactions with my customers. Due to the consequences of COVID-19, my position with the aforementioned brands came to an end. Thankfully, I was able to transfer within the company, and as of April 2021 I am currently based at Chermside as a brand representative for Superdry (womenswear and menswear). Both of my positions with Brand Collective have involved customer service, sales, reaching KPIs, cash-handling, EFTPOS, stock handling, visual merchandising, and general housekeeping. Show less

Over three years, I worked as a brand representative for SABA, before quickly being promoted to additionally represent both Sportscraft and JAG during the course of my career with APG & Co.
