Ciara joined Trócaire to implement our first ever Digital Data Collection project in the field. She had a dotted line to my group for this combined livelihoods/technology initiative. This was a challenging project which Ciara delivered through a combination of excellent project management skills, influencing ability and technical savvy. Critical to the success of this initiative was Ciara's ability to navigate across complex organisational structures, suppliers, internal departments, external partners across many geographic locations across the US, Europe and Africa. She did this with minimal support or oversight. I would recommend Ciara for any position and would hope to work with her again.
