Ciara is an utterly fantastic event manager. She’s creative, conscientious, a great communicator and relationship builder, responsible, always calm, and has very high quality expectations. I have used Ciara across several high profile events from special networking evenings, incentive trips, global sales kick-offs and lounge experiences for my VIP clients and it has been a pleasure working with her on each one. The best thing about Ciara is that you brief her once and she gets on with it - you never need to worry about something she is working on or assigned too - and at the end she is still smiling, happy, energetic and positive whatever challenges she has faced along the way. All that makes he a joy to have on the team. She shows great initiative and common sense and ensures every little detail is delivered to the best standard knowing how it all adds up to the big picture success of any event. If I had headcount I would snap Ciara up in less than a second to join my team.
