Ongoing Training about the operations for the new staff Checking 7 Day, 3 Day 1 Day and same day arrival check. To make sure all the details are up to the mark without any discrepancies. Following up of the tentative reservation and converting them into guaranteed reservation. Maintain monthly training calendar for the staff and make sure the training's are conducted and review the progress of the staff accordingly. Coordinating with the team for the selling strategy for maximizing revenue generating opportunities. Show less
