Cian is an amazing coach and a brilliant human being in general. Working with him was like learning to walk again - it helped me to completely reframe a situation in my professional life in just a few sessions. Cian doesn’t do the work for you, of course, but he provides a safe space and amazing insights while you do it.

Ffion B.

Cian is an empathetic, insightful and attentive professional coach who is skilled at adapting his approach to the individual needs of his coachees. His calm and positive presence put me at ease, while he also provided me the space to drive the conversation and draw my own conclusions. Although we had a limited number of sessions, I unearthed really useful insights and felt our conversations made me better able to understand my obstacles and my motivations. I would definitely recommend Cian as a coach and look forward to working with him again in future.
