Andrew Leonard

Training young oil & gas college fresh outs is no easy task. Chung Lee met this challenge with an unbridled focus to truly overhaul the Smith International training and development program and I attribute much of my Smith Bits and Smith Services early development to his mentorship. It was a pleasure several years later to work under his organization in the Product Engineering group where he led much needed development and standardization of the process of failure reporting and field testing. He is a truly valuable technical resource to DT&R!
