- Responsible for the implementation of all Health , Safety and Environmental polices, procedures and guidelines within the company and her projects sites. - Carrying out investigation and reporting accident /incident in conjunction with the resident officer where the accident/incident occur - Continually reviewing and evaluating safety performance and advising management on how HSE standards can be improved upon within the company's processes. - Coordinate/supervision of Personal Protective Equipment issuance to all site workers and monitoring to ensure effective usage. - promotes high level of HSE awareness within the company's workforce and monitoring of compliance. - Risk identification and management withing the company's operations. -Collation and analyses of monthly HSE reports including performance statistics and follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure effective resolution. - Waste management prevention and control with various compliance as applicable to Local authorities, State and Federal regulatory requirement. - Supervision of safety drills/induction of new personnel and tools box talks. - Develop and implement HSE manual, HSE plan, HSE polices, and measurement of HSES performances. - Liaison with the company's retainer clinic doctors on emergency related cases. -Conduct and reporting of safety audits on HSE activities on all sites at planned intervals.
