Chuck is a hard working, dedicated manager with a "whatever it takes" attitude. He is the main reason Sun kept one of their largest accounts during a time where product quality issues were prevalent throughout this company. He not only made sure the products were working properly and that his team was always available to help Sun engineering but he also fixed the customer. It would be my pleasure to work with Chuck again in any capacity!
