Worked on Chuck's team for 3 years ( January 2017 - November 2019). He is a creative, collaborative, competent, dedicated and trustworthy leader. He has broad and deep HR knowledge and is constantly learning and teaching his team. He is technically savvy and always looking for ways technology can improve efficiency. He is solution focused and a problem solver working very effectively with all functional areas in a business. He is hard working and high energy. I greatly respect Chuck as a leader and person.

Dave Goessler

Chuck brings a wealth of experience to the table and easily operates on multiple levels. On one hand, he works effectively on a strategic level to set the future direction of the organization. He dives deep to understand the issues and challenges facing the business and then develops HR (and broader strategies) to solve. On the other hand, he is not afraid to dive into the day-to-day transactional issues of HR, whether that be on individual employee matters or HR systems/process. Overall, he is energetic, dedicated and passionate about making the the organization a better place to work and someone that I truly enjoyed working with.
