Consider me one of those folks that doesn't like/doesn't trust auto dealerships and especially the larger higher volume operations. Frankly, my thoughts re: Acton Toyota were lukewarm until I met Chuck who possesses one KEY trait which is that he LISTENS. Surely, the customer isn't always right but isn't always stupid and doesn't deserve an item from the excuse menu. Chuck was absolutely the most considerate and helpful person that I have encountered in this role. I give him a 10 and heartily endorse him. Ron
