Responsible for all aspects of OSHA reporting along with the maintenance of worker’s compensation records and claim filing with the carrier. Maintains all employee records ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements. Responsible for the recruitment activities of the company to include posting ads across multiple mediums, screening of applicants, interviewing, hiring, preparing documents for background investigations, and onboarding company wide. Prepare all new hire files and orientation materials. Maintain and develop formal policy and procedure manuals. Assist and recommend performance improvement plans and recommend termination actions as required.
