I worked with Chuck for about five years as his conferencing and collaboration partner at PGi. Chuck is a solid IT performer and a great person. If he's tasked with something, he runs with it and goes above and beyond. He's reliable and has great integrity. He's the kind of partner you look forward to working with every day. If something isn't going well, he doesn't blow up, he approaches it firmly but calmly, keeping you accountable but knowing that technology has it's moments. I highly recommend Chuck to manage any IT organization. Equifax has a great asset!
