Brian Watkins, the IT manager hired me for an entry level position and quickly gave me more responsibility and training. Chad Melcher, Trust Operations Manager, gave me the chance to grow as a leader and decision maker. I really respected this organization because the family who own the bank are ethical, professional, treat people well and are long term oriented. At the same time, they are creative, growth oriented and leaders.
