  Responsibilities & Exposure Develop and introduce new products to existing customer / prospective customer. Maintain good rapport with customer in assigned territory by constant communications and visit , provide highlevel of service , new product ,market information and update market trend. Develop and introduce new products into the markets where relevant opportunity exists/existing customer.  Maintain accuracy in customer PO and SO(sales order) Develop customer packaging artwork and prepare sample to customer. Monitor customer shipment schedule and outstanding payment, follow up payment with customer. Arrange customer visitation such as : Accommodation , transportation.  Participate in exhibition / visit customer annually.  Coordinate with different department on new customer requirement , special requirement from existingcustomer. Responsible of accuracy of new products via coordination with production/checking the production process. To prepare quarterly sales report to present to the management and sales strategy Monitor existing customer sales order cycle and prepare sales forecast every 2 months. Work on pricing (raw material cost, logistic cost, packaging cost) for sales quotation  Involve in internal / external audit Provide product training to customer on product knowledge Maintain / filling /review customer contract and bank contract
