I led a globally distributed team of designers, researchers, and writers across Arista’s security portfolio, which includes Arista Network Detection and Response (NDR), Data Analyzer Monitoring Fabric (DMF), and Edge Threat Management (ETM). Working closely with our VP of Diversity and Inclusion, HR department, and other Co-Leads, I established our ERG’s charter, values, and mission statement to build a psychologically safe community for Asian American and Pacific Islander employees at Smartsheet.
