Christy has an amazing work ethic. She is able to produce excellent training under very tight time frames. She is able to provide both asynchronous and synchronous courses utilized in blended learning courses. Christy is able to pick up new technology quickly which is invaluable when hiring a contractor. She was able to develop a course in a new Learning Management System as though she'd been working in it for years. Christy is skilled at using Articulate which allowed our students to have a more engaging learning experience. I highly recommend Christy and will reach out to her again as we continue to grow and expand our course offerings.

      I was appointed Clerk in January of 2020, in the midst of a tumultuous election year in which I also had to run as a candidate. Locals subsequently elected me to fill the position for a four year term. I was given the very difficult task of managing an organization that was in a state of disorganization and turmoil. In a matter of months, I had reorganized records, provided transparency to residents through new tools and increased effort, launched a more effective website, provided electronic access to board meetings and materials, encouraged other members to consistently fulfill their obligations, and much more.My efforts to improve government interactions with the community continue after being elected into the position in November of 2020. Community members' desires are always at the forefront of my mind as are the needs of the next generation. I look forward to continuing to progress toward a better Columbia Township.
