I had the pleasure of not only working with but getting to know Christy when she recruited me in to work at Kellen. She had only been in her position, herself for a couple of weeks but was already putting in 150% to recruit and manage the HR demands of a 250+ person, multi-national company. During my time working with her, Christy brought an amazing energy and lots of positive change. She demonstrated a compassion, professionalism, and excitement that not only made her a great HR department head but set a great example for other leaders within the company. Despite the demands of a company hungry for acquisitions, she took on the challenges of integrating cultures and promoting shared values among co-workers stretching across 3 continents. I had the privilege of working with Christy at Capital Access Network. Christy is a tremendous leader and will take any staff to the top level. Christy is extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and easy-to-get-along with and yet still holds the company policies firmly in her hand. Her contagious and enthusiastic personality is such a positive presence that she inadvertently recruits you as part of her team. She is extremely detail oriented and exceptionally passionate towards her work and employees. Numerously recognized for her successful track record of reducing operating costs, envisioning, implementing, and managing results brings years of insight to the table in seminars. Comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing, compliance laws and regulations set her apart from others in her field. She advocates a complete visual presence with an open door policy of availability. This allows employees to feel comfortable when talking with her about any situation. Her strong ability to sympathize with employees and yet follow the rules, has allowed her to become the successful prominent part of our company. Her ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines could be considered a masterful piece of art. Personal standards of excellence and integrity are shown to her team on a daily basis.
