The responsibility of the Vice Chairman of Legal and Human Resources includes but does not limited to:- Prepare and review the statutes and bylaws of BSSC 12th Presidency.- Handle all legal documents that are required for BSSC operational activity. - Handle all legal documents related to a partnership agreement with external parties. - Arrange BSSC member information database. - Supervise working performances of BSSC's human resources. - Give advice and feedback to BSSC members when needed. - Become the advisor of the event committee in a certain event.

  BSSC Challenges is one of BSSC 11th Presidency Social Division events. With the theme of "Share your care", the challenges are based on a daily virtual campaign to show care to everyone and everything including self-care, earth care, and other care through a 7-days streak of Instagram stories. The responsibility of Publication and Documentation Division Staff in BSSC Challenges "Share Your Care" includes but does not limited to:- Create Instagram Twibbon for event promotion and publication. - Create infographics with related topics to the challenges for the event campaign.- Create Instagram Post Feeds template to publish the after event documentation.

• Presenter in BSSC EXPO 2021

  BSSC EXPO is the annual event of BSSC which is held during the freshmen orientation period. The event aims to promote and introduce BSSC to freshmen students of BINUS University and to attract participants to register as BSSC members for the next presidency. The responsibility of Presenter in BSSC EXPO 2021 includes and does not limited to: - Introduce BSSC to BINUS University freshmen students. - Entice BINUS University freshmen students to join BSSC by delivering presentation material in Indonesian. - Entice BINUS University international freshmen students to join BSSC by delivering presentation material in English.

  BSSC WONDER (BSSC Welcoming New Boarders) is an annual event held by BSSC to introduce the environment of BINUS Square to the dormitory new Boarders so that, the new boarders could get to know better about BINUS Square. In 2021 BSSC WONDER carries "Oddessey, long adventurous journey" as its theme to introduce BINUS Square environment by using the concept of pirates adventure. The theme is taken to enliven the event so it would be more fun, attractive, and delightful to be joined. The responsibility of Event Division Coordinator in BSSC WONDER 2021 "Odyssey, Long Adventurous Journey" includes but are not limited to: - Specify and distribute jobs to be done to Staff. - Supervise the Staff of Event Division event preparation progress.- Prepare all ideas that are required by the event to run such as the event idea concept and game.- Participate as a gamekeeper at the D-day of the event. - Supervise the proceeding of the event.

  ICC X BSSC "You(For)Ia: Starts From You, For Your Euphoria" is BSSC's first collaboration event with another university which is Prasetya Mulya University. The event is consist of talk shows and workshop activity which is held to increase the participants' self-acceptance to tackle social media toxicity. The responsibility of Event Division Staff in ICC X BSSC "You(For)Ia: Starts From You, For Your Euphoria" includes but are not limited to: - Participate in the event preparation. - Take a role as a timekeeper and operator at the D-Day of the event.- Create the event's rundown.

  BSSC Social "Distancing" Movement "A Cup of Cares" is one of BSSC 11th Presidency Social Division events which is held to increase the participants' social awareness towards earth and others. The event consists of 2 programs, socialization in an orphanage and an online donation. The responsibility of Event Division Coordinator in BSSC Social "Distancing" Movement "A Cup of Cares" includes but are not limited to: - Prepare all the basic event ideas including the concept of the event, games to play, and the socialization material. - Supervise the Event Division Staff in preparing the event.- Create event rundown. - Search for the potential event guest star. - Create merchandise to be given to the participant.

  Which One Are You is a social awareness video campaign which carries "hope" as its main theme. The video campaign is made to motivate viewers that may feel hopeless because of the pandemic situation to do something that is more meaningful and productive. Through this video, we would like to show viewers that there is always hope in every situation that may seem "hopeless". The responsibility of the Main PIC of "Which One Are You?" Video campaign includes but are not limited to:- Create the main concept of the video. - Create the storyline of the video. - Participate in video editing. - Allocate other jobs to be done to other PIC. - Direct the video actor and actress in video making.

  First-Year Program is a yearly activity that was held by BINUS University in order to not only welcome but also prepare and guide freshmen during their adaptation phase from high school life to university life before they officially start their study in university. Through this program, BINUS University hopes that freshmen could understand the university's vision, mission and value better so that the freshmen could implement a proper spirit and positive attitude during their studies in BINUS University. The First Year Program BINUSIAN 2025 is addressed to freshmen that are expected to graduate in 2025 and followed by more than 8000 freshmen from all BINUS University regions.During First-Year Program, Freshmen Partner job descriptions are including and are limited to:- Giving an ideal and comfortable accompaniment to a group of freshmen during their first-year study at BINUS University. - Communicating important information that is given by the Student Development Centre of BINUS University to a group of freshmen. - Delivering materials to a group of freshmen that are useful for the freshmen study plan.- Monitoring a group of freshmen's class attendances and their mental or physical condition. - Explaining and answering all question that is given by a group of freshmen about university life.
