Install and support devices including PCs, mobile devices, routers, printers, and other devices. Maintain inventory data on computer equipment and licenses. Establish back up protocol and maintain backup systems. Provide strategic direction, support, and reporting for rollouts & updates. Assist in establishing and maintaining process and technical documents. Participate and/or lead special projects as assigned.
