I have worked with Christy as both an admin senior to her and also in the same group. No matter what level Christy has worked at, she has been both an amazing admin and an amazing project manager. She has strong organizational, communication and time management skills. I have never known her not to be the go to person no matter what team she is on. I cannot speak highly enough of Christy. Throughout our time together at HSBC, Christy was first an Executive Assistant for the EVP of Human Resources and was the lead on incredibly large scale projects that impacted all of HSBC NA staff and strategy - a position with accountabilities well beyond what one may assume an "admin" is capable of.. Christy took on the demands while maintaining unparalled organization, cross functional consultation / communications, and subject matter expertise, while also building relationships along the way (which ultimately earned her a promotion).
