Converse and strategize with authors in order to publish their content in book form.  Present project proposals at weekly acquisition meetings for the approval of books and pamphlets.  Edit the development of books so that the content is succinct and cohesive for readers.  Developmentally edit articles for the Liguorian magazine.  Create ideas for new projects and make them a reality.  Collaborate with Marketing, Production, and Sales departments in order to bring content to full fruition.  Attend conferences in order to scope out new material (this past spring/summer: Los Angeles Congress in March and the International Eucharistic Congress in Dublin, Ireland in June). Volunteer and Caregiver

In both India and Nepal, acted as teacher and caregiver to students and children, aged 7-16, as needed.  Lived among students from poor families and assisted with daily chores, routines, and tutoring.  Taught Spoken English, Value Education and Computer classes as well as a Spoken English class for aspirants in the novitiate.  Lived in community with Salesian Fathers and Brothers who helped build a healthy support system. Lived in residence hall supporting students with a ministry of presence and pastoral care, including crisis management and conflict resolution.  Collaborated frequently with the Interdenominational Campus Minister, Residence Life Campus Ministers, and entire Campus Ministry Team to create faith-based programs relevant to residence life including faith sharing groups, prayer services, bible study groups, and on-campus liturgies.  Supervised student peer ministers, training them for leadership in faith and helping them execute various programs for resident students.  Met often with the Residence Life Department and other Residence Hall Ministers to create unified staff and programming.  Helped to revise and recreate both first-year student retreats and sophomore retreats.  Moderated two cultural immersion trips to India in May/June 2007 and May 2008. Ministered to students attending University of Missouri, Stephens College and Columbia College.  Guided and supervised student leadership team, consisting of between 12-18 students.  Coordinated the details, preparation and evaluations of all ministerial programming at the Newman Center including: service trips, interfaith council, retreats, fellowship meetings, social justice activities, liturgies, prayer services, fundraising, community-building socials and new student orientation/recruitment.  Managed programming funds within the Newman and University budget, respectively.  Cultivated initiative among students with leadership retreats and on-going training.
