Chris served as a Business Administration Intern during the spring of 2022 and as Marketing Intern during the summer of 2022 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Conejo Valley. Chris is an A player. Chris gets along well with every member of the team, is reliable, highly competent and has amazing work ethic. He went way above and beyond the call of duty for his internships to serve our organization during a critical administration change. For his Business Administration internship, Chris managed to assist us in getting our Financial Aid and scholarship database in order, create templates for business information, update and organize our Board of Governors records, assist with travel plans, organized and categorized our inventory, assisted with the audit process, collections, and everything involving Human Resources. Chris even co-hosted our volunteer orientations. For his Marketing Internships, Chris has made major contributions to our website—especially regarding our volunteer, internship, and career pages. He has revised and created branded signatures for every staff member, recategorized our photos, coordinated marketing efforts between our Programming, Resource Development and Human Resources Department, revised our Linktree and other social platforms to ensure information was up to date, ensured all logos in our database were high quality, and created several promotions and social posts for the organization. Chris filmed, edited and posted videos showcasing our members from all of our summer camp locations. Chris even took on marketing for a couple of grant opportunities, such as Ross for a Cause and Bridgestone Van Giveway. In short, having Chris around made life easier and better for all of us, because he managed to take things off of our plate and was excited about serving the organization with passion. I am soon leaving the organization, so I will be providing my personal contact information below. If I could take one person with me to continue to be on my team, it would certainly be Chris. I would be happy to talk about Chris’ proficiency and passion at any time. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
