Christopher helped progress illuMed Global in both business and product development through market research and design. He collected valuable information in Mongolia and contributed to design decisions on our main product. Christopher is the type of person that will perform diligent and dedicated work, motivated by a desire to progress the cause of the project. He will produce what you ask and then give you more, because he is excited about his work. I have yet to see someone effectively manage themselves as well as Christopher can. Christopher demonstrated this kind of work in a volunteer position at illuMed Global, motivated only by the experience he would gain from the project. I had the privilege of working with Christopher as he grew in the Vector/ Cutco business from his initial training as a sales rep, to his promotion to a Field Sales Manager. Christopher has an unparallelled work ethic with a drive for beating numbers and doing more than is expected of him. He proved his work ethic by breaking the sales record for getting his first 30K of sales completed, and he did so while being a full time student at University of Utah. He further exemplified his outstanding work ethic by breaking numerous sales records that had stood for 20+ years, again while he was a full time student. Not only is he someone you can count on to give it his best, but he also is one of the most positive people I've been around. He always has an upbeat attitude that unavoidably spreads to those around him creating a more enjoyable work environment.
