I had the opportunity to cross paths with Chris twice in my professional career, where most recently he led Client Services at Project Outlier while I headed up Strategic Projects. Our roles uniquely collaborated on both large and small-scale improvement efforts across the organization. In a short time, Chris was able to take a disparate client leadership team and create a cohesive, collaborative team that builds each other up. He has an exceptional ability to see where we are today, where we want to be in the future, and develop the high-level roadmap of what it will take to get there -- one of the best projects I worked on with Chris was building a "Road to $100M in Revenue" that detailed people, processes, and tools that we needed in the future.
